Welcome to Klondike Kate’s Cabins! Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.


Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    We offer remote check-in. Your check-in details will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival.


Payment & Cancellation

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy (cutoff time: 3:00 PM, two days prior to arrival).

  • Free cancellation is available up to that point.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged for one night.

  • The full balance of your stay will be charged on the day of arrival.

Important:
If you have not arrived before our office closes and your card is declined or shows insufficient funds, we will contact you for an alternative payment method. Failure to provide valid payment will result in cancellation and release of your reservation.


Rates & Taxes

  • All prices are exclusive of 5% GST.


Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available near each cabin.


Transportation

  • We do not offer airport pick-up.

  • Local taxis and shuttle services (like the Aurora Inn) can be arranged independently.


Quiet Hours & Conduct

  • Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • No parties are permitted in the cabins.


Smoking Policy

  • All cabins are non-smoking.

  • A $150 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the cabin.


Accessibility

  • We have one wheelchair-accessible cabin.

  • All other cabins require climbing a short flight of stairs.


Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets at Klondike Kate’s Cabins! Please follow these guidelines:

  • Pet Fee: $15 per day, per pet (max 3 pets per cabin)

  • No Pets on Beds or Furniture: Please bring pet bedding or crates.

  • No Unattended Pets: Pets must not be left alone in the cabin, even if crated.

Guests who do not follow our pet policy may incur cleaning fees or be asked to vacate without refund.
